John grew up in Mobile, AL but was born in Orange County, CA and has spent time in Lafayette, LA, Houston, TX, Birmingham, AL and now resides in Spanish Fort, AL. He attended the University of South Alabama and then the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance.

John spent 21 years from 1998-2019 working with UnitedHealthcare and Cigna-HealthSpring in various roles of increasing responsibility in customer service; provider relations; hospital, ancillary and physician contracting; network management & network operations; sales & marketing and was blessed with regional operational and sales leadership roles in the last four years. During this time, he also worked in cross functional relationships with executive leadership, actuary; bid design; clinical operations; retention; finance; compliance; human resources; call center operations and facilities management.

John’s crowning achievement however is being the father of his three children, Makennah, Caiman and Eisen. When he’s not at work helping CIP Agencies and Agents grow their businesses, he is most likely to befound paddle boarding in the waves, playing beach volleyball or coaching lacrosse. He’ll also entertain a conversation with you about college football at just about any time of the day.
